Sacred Connection Necklace

A fabulously patterned pendant with flora & fauna. Two birds, looking longingly at each other in the midst of a budding tree. This pendant is made with fine silver PMC (Precious Metal Clay). The clay was pressed into a vintage, hand carved, bronze stamp and then the clay is fired to remove the clay and only pure silver remains.

A Ruby has been added to the charm, placed between the love birds, symbolizing their sacred connection. The ruby has a beautiful checkerboard facet on its face, in a deep magenta hue. It has been set in 14k gold and the fine silver stamped pendant has been slightly oxidized* to enhance all of the detail. 

The pendant is strung on 18" of delicate, 14k gold chain. It is finished with a silver lobster clasp at the back.

*Please note that oxidized silver is still silver. It just has a darkening patina that gives the jewelry a vintage look. Wear can happen over time but can be protected with proper care.
