REPAIR & REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Accidents happen… but please remember that gemstones & glass used in designs can be fragile and irreplaceable!

Our jewelry is made tough - but not indestructible - so, please take good care of your jewelry and be mindful that you are wearing a handcrafted work of art!

We will try our very best to repair jewelry that needs our attention, but please note that we are not liable for broken or lost stones. 

We offer free repairs to jewelry up to six months after the sale, receipt required. After that time, the repair will be subject to a small fee to cover our materials and time. In extreme circumstances and excessive jewelry neglect - repairs can be denied. 

Replacement Policy: We can do our best to create replacements for our earrings if you have sadly lost one. Please note that we do not buy our gemstones in bulk, so we may not be able to create an exact replica with the same exact stones. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

We do our very best to create original & one-of-a kind pieces that you love! But we understand that we each have our own opinions & we want you to be completely satisfied. Original designs from our website can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping. 

If you have ordered something custom, please understand that because of the time and supplies rendered to create these unique pieces, we cannot issue refunds. All custom jewelry sales are final.
