These earrings give a subtle nod to by butterfly wings, named after the frontmost wing of a butterfly, the forewing. 

A Zoisite gemstone adorns each hoop. The gems are a grassy green tone, each with a dark black striation cut across the surface. The gems are smooth, like river rocks. They are set in sterling silver, this includes the house-made ear wires.
