Earthen Heart Necklace

I love contrast, that's why Hubei Turquoise (China) is one of my favorite types of Turquoise. It boasts bright Turquoise tones to earthy, mossy green beside deep, dark black hues. This makes the Turquoise parts look like they glow! This Turquoise is named Treasure Mountain Turquoise, and I would say it lives up to that name! 

This heart-shaped piece of Hubei Turquoise, does not disappoint. It looks like the mossy green turquoise is blooming from the earthy brown host stone.  It has a matte face, meaning that it has not been highly polished or coated with a finish.  

It has a modern, sterling setting with a sawtooth bezel that strung on a 18" rolo chain. The pendant dangles 1" from the chain. The necklace is finished with a lobster clasp.
